Yesterday September 5, 2024, we received notification that the goods are ready for pickup at San Juan Port; however, they are currently being On-Hold due to outstanding sea freight charges. Please confirm that this shipment has been prepaid. We kindly ask that you reach out to your freight company and provide the receipt for the sea freight, clearly stating that it has been prepaid. All other expenses associated with San Juan Port has been paid by us, including taxes, tariffs, and brokerage fees. Attached are the contract and commercial invoice, which indicate that the sea freight of $3,700 USD CIF to San Juan Port was included in the total amount of $27,382.00 USD.
